Vida Healing currently offers private, in-person, one on one breathwork sessions:
Each of your 2 -hour Breathwork Sessions will include:
One on One session planning, a supportive check-in, and intention setting
A personalized breathwork experience based on your current needs
Integration support & tools to help you integrate and process any emotions or insights that may come up for you during your breathwork session
Also Included: Essential Oil Diffusing (optional)
Diffusing essential oils post-breathwork is a great way to ground and reconnect with the space around you.

You will choose which oil you would like at the beginning of your session. The set that we use includes a range of oils like lavender, grapefruit, palo santo, orange, spearmint, and sage, among others.

Vida Healing's studio space is located in Old Bridge, New Jersey.
The studio space offers a safe and private space that was designed so that clients can get the most out of their breathwork experience.

Centrally located, this location is a great option for those who live throughout New Jersey and surrounding areas. ​
Pay What You Can Sessions
The intention behind offering Pay What You Can sessions is to create a bridge between those who feel that they are in need of support via Vida Healing's breathwork services but the listed rates do not feel accessible at this time.
